Digital Self-Service in the Public Sector

Since the introduction of the Government Transformation Strategy (2017), public sector organisations have set out to transform the relationship between citizen and state. But a recent survey found that only 8% of participants are ‘very confident’ in their organisation’s readiness to respond to digital challenges, and when it comes to digital self-service, only 37% of respondents said they were happy with the strategy in place.
