Government departments and public sector organisations across the UK use vast quantities of resources on a daily basis, both internally and externally. Managing these resources – and in particular mobile resources – can present a number of challenges. A growing population demanding modernised, rapidly delivered services, means organisations are now tasked with providing services to more people, at lower costs and without wastage. In a period of sustained budget restrictions, doing so can be a tough ask.
